1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CardboardChasr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CardboardChasr is a web-based sports card collection management tool. The service allows you to catalog, track, and value your sports card collection. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

CardboardChasr offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cardboardchasr.com for refund requests.
• Founding Collector is a one-time lifetime purchase and is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Upload malicious content or content that infringes on others' intellectual property.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you enter into CardboardChasr. We store your collection data on secure servers to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Card Values and Pricing Data

Card values displayed in CardboardChasr are estimates based on third-party data sources and recent market activity. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an appraisal or guarantee of value. CardboardChasr is not responsible for buying, selling, or trading decisions made based on these estimates.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep CardboardChasr available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

CardboardChasr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskfall Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
